A care park is proposed as an innovative spatial care concept. By stacking different functions, several care facilities can be combined. For example, a day and night center for people with disabilities will be provided in combination with primary care and an underground car park for local residents. To promote social encounters, major residential functions will also be integrated into the project, such as a park where both caregivers and non-caregivers can meet each other.
By stacking the care program, the footprint is minimized. Familiar care concepts, on the other hand, will be developed in a broad sense. By integrating parking as a residential space, qualitative underground parking with an experiential value is created.
