The “Trojka” housing project has community and sustainability at its core. Three new apartment buildings will be constructed and connected by an elevated walkway. The walkway was designed to encourage social interactions between residents, and this aim is further supported by the beautiful communal garden featuring a pavilion which can be used for picnics or simply as a place to rest and enjoy nature. The new buildings will feature a diverse range of apartments, designed to suit the individual needs of any prospective tenant.

The “Trojka” project was designed with all the different family structures in mind and can provide comfortable 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments. Every new apartment has an underground parking bay with additional storage space as well as a terrace that overlooks the community garden. “Trojka” was designed to seamlessly fit into its surrounding area and provide a safe and comfortable living environment.
