This project combines restoration and development with one new structure. Although this eight story apartment building might seem out of place at the moment, it will blend in with its environment as time passes. Situated in an old and sometimes dilapidated environment, this is the tallest timber-framed building in the region of Brussels.

 

Menslievendheid will create a new landmark and promote the cohesion between the surrounding buildings, marking the start of a process of renewal and transformation in this neighborhood.
