Due to increased family size, the expansion of a single-family house is necessary. We chose to create a second floor in a light timber frame construction. In addition, the entire first floor is also upgraded with a maximum view to the garden.

 

With an eye for functionality and durability, an open-plan kitchen on the ground floor is created, as well as an additional bedroom with an accompanying bathroom and dressing room on the upper floor.
