This half-open single-family house is part of a parcelling in which a budget-friendly house with identity is established. For example, a conscious choice was made to direct the building volume, with a slightly inclined roof and its front side, to the street side, thereby maximizing solar gains.
On the ground floor an open space which can be closed off, if desired, is created with maximum incidence of light from the rear side. This creates a loft feeling. On the first floor three spacious bedrooms are created together with a bathroom, dressing room, toilet and storage room.
